Not real sure about that plug. The red with blue is what allows the starting voltage from the ignition switch to pass through the Manual Lever Position Switch (which was attached to the top of the atx) when the lever is in Park or Neutral, to reach the starter solenoid. On its way to the starter solenoid, this 12 volts also goes to one of the pins of the DIS module so that the DIS knows when you are cranking.
Also when the Ignition switch is turned to "Start" it sends 12 volts along the red with Green wire to a multitude of things, among them: Pin 1 of the DIS, The cam sensor, the crank sensor, the coil pack, and the condenser attached to the coil pack mount.
The red is always 12 volts in start and run, and feeds a lot of different things that need the 12 volts.
All blacks and black with XX color are usually grounds.
The only thing that I can think of that even comes close to those colors is the MAF sensor with: Black/LG, Red, Light Blue/red, Tan/light Blue.
Can you clean off the wire with some hand cleaner and double check the colors? keeping in mind that the first color is the "mostly" color and the second color is just a stripe.
