I don't feel like reading all of this but, are you starting production on the mtx equal length y pipe soon, or do you have to wait for all the atx orders and such as well? Also, dumb question but this pipe does bolt directly to stock manifolds and stock catback without modification correct (besides assembly/welding of the pieces)? If this is the case and waiting time isn't to much longer, throw me down for an equal length mtx y, with cats, I will pay when production is started or pipes are ready to be shipped.

oh, I was looking at overall mtx orders, well I am still interested still but don't know how long I want to wait, I have the cash on hand now and really need a pipe, anyway we can start production with less then 15 orders?

Wait, I'm confused, page one here says there are I think I counted 8, catted mtx pipes. Are you only counting the people who paid? If that is the case why haven't the people on the mtx list paid yet if they said they wanted it? Can we shoot pm's to them or something and try to get the buy for the mtx pipe going?

Sorry but I am not laying out over 300 bucks when someone will have my money for a year, and then say ok nvm the buy isn't going to work out and refund my money that I could have had invested elsewhere. I have the money, if I don't have it, then I don't say I want something. I also won't go spend it because I have an obligation to pay them when I say I want something. If there are 17 people now, including me who want an mtx pipe, we should be able to get close to 15 paid if we set a date. When I have done my group buys, I set a date to have the money in by, and then production started no matter how many orders I had, and my buys have always worked out great. I think the reason people haven't paid is half probably don't even know the buy will go through if they pay right now. So by setting a date for people to pay by, most people will pay and we can get this moving.

i think that people are intimidated (including me) that they have to throw down the full $$$ to get production started. If there is an option to pay half now and pay the other half upon completion, I believe that this group buy would happen alot quicker. Unless that is SHOSOURCE needs the full $$$ to cover the material costs?

nope, which is why if this buy never goes though thats going to suck, if we can set a date and send pm's to everyone involved in the mtx buy to pay, I will definitly take one and pay before the date set

The thing we run into is that sooo many poeple say they want something and then went it comes time they dont pay up. Actually when you say you are going to buy somehting I generally like it if poeple stick to their word barring circumsances.

If people dont do what they say well then we dont have a group buy.

We already have 5 people who have stepped up and paid. We have already showed that we will refund money if it doesnt go though. This isnt a matter of if we can do but if we get enough orders. Onces we get the orders we can get this going.

If no one pays because they are waiting on everyone else then this will never happen.

We do use the money to order materials, and make our deposits.

If we need to take deposits we can but then thats more work to sort orders and make sure everyone pays.

I am about to pay, but is that link you have in post 1 for the equal length pipe? I don't see it anywhere on the linked page that it is true equal length vs just a regular old high flow pipe. I just want to make sure I do the right thing as I know if someone messes something up its a pain in the neck when you have to fix everyone's mistakes

I was hoping that this would happen before Thanksgivig because that is when I plan to do my clutch, and ALL of my exhaust is ONE SINGLE PIECE! But I guess it will make a great Christmas present.
