They are stock wheels from a Nissan GTR. Well, technically, I bought 2 rear sets of GTR wheels so that I could have a square setup of 10.5 all the way around.

Changed the ATF and PTU fluids, used Redline lightweight shock proof for the PTU and Motorcraft LV for the tranny. I use a 2 oz syringe originally designed for mixing gas and oil for two stroke motors. It works well, but takes awhile.

Added: Changed the engine oil today, used Castrol Edge. Also changed the rear diff fluid, I used a suction device and only got about a half quart, so I put in a half quart of Redline lightweight shock proof. I read that there is supposed to be a little over a quart in the rear diff, but a half quart all I could get out of it

I used the EBC Yellow's at one time in my SHO's past..... they served me well for the stage my SHO was in at that time.

Then switched to the EBC Orange's. Had even better experience(s) over the Yellow's.

Now have the Wilwood 4 piston big brake kit at each corner, along with the 15" rotors. S.hit stops on a F'n dime now. Insane how quickly it brings our massive, fat pigs down to a grinding halt.

You should like the Yellow's. Just know you have options to improve even more so when it becomes necessary.

Did you have to swap out rims for the big brake kit? Been looking at the Wileood kit for a hot minute, but haven't put together the money for new wheels and tires that would come with it.

Did the 1st oil change since getting the car yesterday. A little over 3500 miles and running her hard so I figured it was time. After draining, I could confirm it was definitely time, damn near solid black and smelling burnt. Filled her with Amsoil Signature, hoping it does better than whatever the dealer I got her from went with. Initially when I bought the car, I changed out the PTU fluid with Royal Purple gear fluid, but after hearing what people have said about Royal Putple's base motor oil, I can only be skeptical about the quality of their gear oil. Like I said its only been 3k miles since I changed out the PTU fluid, but thinking of switching it out with Redline Shockproof just to be sure. Poor girl gets hammered on quite a bit and really trying to keep all her lubricants in tip top shape.

I was rolling with aftermarket wheels when the Wilwood's went in......

Recalling the clearance issues, I don't believe they'll work with the factory flowers.

Ill see if i can find it but you just need a small spacer. Ill be ok when i put mine on with the flowers as i have 1 inch hub centric adapters on push the rim out an inch.
Hub adapters been on for over 3 years with plenty of hard driving and never an issue, just because i like the rims. Kinda what i feel in love with when i saw the 2013 gen 4 refresh.

Since I installed my H&R springs last week, my rear tires were cambered out pretty bad, and my tires would rub/scrape the fender on bumps when going freeway speeds. Also, when hitting small bumps in the road, the rear end would get all squirrelly on me, and I wasn't confident in spirited runs in Mexico.

So I had an alignment done and also had the shop roll my rear fenders so the tires would get cut by the sharp edge in the inner fender. Guess that's what happens when you lower a car sitting on 10.5" wide wheels. Oh well, all is better now, and she feels more planted on the road.

Started tearing it apart... Will be posting a part out ad in the near future. Have just about every bolt on upgrade you can get for these engines, GH turbos, Xtreme DI HPFP, Xtreme DI injectors, PPE catless down pipes, GH intercooler, EPP piping/filter, Tial BOV, methanol injection, etc., you name it, I probably have it. All have less than 2,000 miles. Should've figured my tired stock block 120,000 mile engine wouldn't last long with all that I've done to it. Scored the cylinder wall which created major blow by.

If you go for a new engine. Find one for a pp or a police interceptor one. They have a special hardened top ring since the cops start it cold and stomp it down the highway. Thats the engine i put in my 15’ non pp when i scored the cylinders. No issues since.
Talking to the ford quality guy here those top rings dont grow so much from heat as the 10-12’ and 13’ non pp and up.
