I don't have a sunroof, massage seats or heated/cooled. Don't have premium sound either. So as far as daily driven weight it's about 4300. Lack off mufflers, cats and trunk stuff is a good bit of weight though. So the car full weight is probably pushing 4500 if I were to put everything back to complete stock.

Soo it’s not just a weight limitation... it’s a drive train limitation at the moment...

This is John McLaughlin’s Camaro SS that is full weight.. drives it on the street on nice days...tipped the scales at 4500ish lbs.......

Wowsers, how can it weigh that much? A 2SS package is listed at 39xx lbs. Maybe with a driver in my XXL range and a swap big block, blower, and all big axles and such, you could approach that as race weight, but it seems crazy heavy. Couldn't find that car listed online. Yeah, we're headed in the off-topic direction, I know.

Hey you guys remember that dude that bragged a 10 second pass just by disabling awd or something ludicrous like that? Had the video to prove it and everything, just wouldn't because he didn't need to prove anything lol. Also said he was an engineer but couldn't stutter a single specific about what he'd done

Push parking brake down to first click when light comes on. It wont hold anything but it disables the rear. Still weight. Cool things can be found in the owners manual under safe driving. Also pulling abs fuse disables advancetrac completely, that ones not in the manual. When both are done, stand still burnouts with fwd is possible with a tune at least.

So many members on here that dont even own a sho or cant prove to own one. Yet i say all the time about procedures to make the cars nanny systems stay away that a tune cant do yet no one trys them. Funny how i can find them on other forums even before i figured them out. Ive come to the conclusion that people just own these gen 4s as daily drivers and are too afraid to push the cars and touch anything on them, other than like 4 members on here. Yea i smoked an engine, got a new one. New tune, pushing away more and more from the computer and ready to smoke another engine

On a PP model, the advanetrac has a full-off mode. it's part of the package.

Advancetrac is full off on properly equipped PP models. There is no debate about that, livernois probably said it wasn't because there was some bs they wanted to sell you to solve it.

@yaycandy I don't really care about your common knowledge about pulling fuses. And I call BS about the parking brake alone disabling the ATCC solenoid because 1) most of your posts are BS and 2) if it were true then you could just bury the parking brake pedal and get even better results. You act like you study and hack all the electronics but I bet the reality is that you can't even tell me where the module that controls the rear wheels is located.

Why don't you put up that stock FWD 10.8 1/4 mile video of your "buddy" like you said you would? Must be too busy doing injector "CFM" calculations? LMFAO.

Like i said before, im learning cars and engines as i go. They were not my field of study and really dont make a good living. I studied Aerodynamics and Heat Transfer for 6 1/2 years with the airforce and thats my day job.
Read your owners manual. Pp does not fully turn off advancetrac. I bring home over 300k a year and use most of it on my hobby of learning engines and pushing them. I also do not daily drive my sho, my vette or my 4 antique registered cars as i daily drive a 15’ tesla p90d. I proved most of my claims. I seen what i seen. And own what i own. Get a good job, do what you love to do. Not hard. Sad that i support monthly to this forum that is mostly daily drivers

You really need to some research or thinking before posting dude. I think were at the point where most of us don't believe anything you post.

I could never get mine to fully disable. Even with logging. It was still there slightly. Thats when i called livernois and they said its “numb”. Not off, still there in some form
You can feel it when your sliding sideway actually racing with turns. Cant feel it just going straight like drag racing. They slide easy but have full control. Watch carl edwards do it. Esc is still there when trying to get back on it while sliding. Even some reviews of the 13 pp said the esc when off still gets in the way sometimes when on an actual racetrack

Literally I do what the manual says and my car does nothing. Traction turns off, and Advancetrac turns off, but the car never goes into sport mode like it says in the manual. I know for a fact it doesn't because PP's that go into sport notify you on the dash. Mine doesn't.

So the manual isn't always accurate.

Nah it was my bad, i thought my manual said on the bottom that advancetrac is still their slightly even though it says its disabled. But every tuner i talked to about fully disabling it said it couldnt be done

At around 1:16 from ford. Ment to stay out of the way as much as possible. Ive gotten to the points where it dont stay out of the way
An actual interview on a website with carl edwards on his actual thoughts of the 13pp was that it still isnt a full race car and the system gets in the way alot but he loved the car. Ill find that one too.
I posted better times at goodguys autocross with the 15 non pp with abs disabled then i did with my 13 pp with advancetrac “disabled”. Full off on non pp is smoking tires around turns when exiting compared to it just going with a pp with it disabled. And the non pp holds boost with tires spinning as pp wont even with it disabled

Weird, my 13 definitely does

Mine doesn't at all. There is a thread about it. Also in that same thread a 13+ PP SHO didnt even have a physical button for traction control lol.
