I spent two weeks talking to him and sending pictures (twice) and planning to bring the seats to him and all of the sudden he has no money. This guy seams to think ive got nothing better to do with my time than play games... so beware do waste your time on this guy

Hate to say it but selling anything on the net is a risk, Could take time.. If the seats re good then you should not have a prob selling them to someone else.

So he did not purchase the items. He told you before shipment that he had no money. You did not ship them to him and then he refused to pay, nor was it an ebay auction where he entered a legal agreement. Just because I go to a car dealership and talk to a salesman, does not mean I am going to buy a car. Shit happens. Sometimes other priorities come up that are more important financially than buying someones seats from their car. If it comes to me buying seats I was talking to someone about buying or paying my credit card bill, I would pay my bill.

I have dealt with him with opposite results. I sold him several items, and he stood by his word with no BS. He even drove all the way up here from Jersey. Like 250 miles.
