Recently my power stearing has been making High pitched sqeaks when you turn the wheel, more-so at a standstill, and somtimes, but not all, It makes a very low pitched, deep groaning noise, that can also be felt in the steering wheel. Any idea's?

Sometimes sqeaking can come from dry suspension parts. Check to see if any of them need grease.

The groaning could be air in the PS system. It will work its way out naturally after a couple days, if you opened the system. You potentially have a small leak. Air can enter into the system through a leak that is even too small to leak fluid (much).

Certainly could be other suspension items too - I had a strut that was broken internally and caused some clunking. No way to tell until you had it out of the car. Strut bearings, subframe bolts/bushings, sway bar end links, etc.

With the high pitched squeal and groaning that you say are coming from the PS steering system I would focus on the rack and pump.
