i cant remember exactly what the name is for it , i replaced it like 10 years ago and i bet its discontinued by now. its a servo which controls the flap door that does the heating or cooling temp! the same thing as the manual with the slider but this one is elctronic and has a servo that turns back and forth to pick the temp in the car. it goes in the middle of the dash behind it all right near the firewall.
