I checked around and found a few close to my issue but not exact and none of the fixes worked.

My AC decided to do what it wants. I noticed yesterday after a couple wiring snafus that my ac didn't seem as cold. Today (hotter) it was definitely noticeable, with it on max ac no auto vents it blows slightly colder than ambient air, in the shade it gets colder. so I started taking everything I did apart and doing what I knew to check.

•removed all wiring related to my accessories just to rule it out although it was an independent circuit straight to the battery with a trigger wire going to a relay.

•checked pressures, all within range, low pressure side is slightly cold but nothing like it should be. And compressor is engaged and running full time

•temp blend door actuators, found out there is 2 because of dual climate, both sides are not equal but neither are getting cold, both sides heat up and come back down just fine.

•the condenser fan is not engaging to high, it runs but not at full speed, the relay and fuse are both doing what they should be since I don't see a high speed relay anywhere.

I can't think of anything I did under the dash that could have effected the hvac but I'm between cabin temp sensor, or condenser fan. Am I missing anything?

Update, the two sides ARE blowing different Temps. Getting 58° on the passenger side and 81° on the driver. So I think the blend door is to blame but is it a program issue or an actuator issue, it still adjusts to heat but won't go to cold. Also I think the system itself is low on freeon, pressures were in range but at the bottom of the range. Still kind of stumped

Second update: had forscan running watching all hvac processes, all seem normal, blend doors are being told to move, removed the actuator and watched it, seems to function but properly is the question is do the blend door actuator malfunction and do weird things or do they just die and get stuck.

Tentatively solved. My brother said the pressures sounded kind of low, so I rechecked today and they were even lower (18Low/ 110High) looks like the shrader valve was leaking but to test the theory I put a can in it and brought the pressures up to verified spec. The valve stopped leaking and the vents are blowing equal 39° with an evap temp of 35°. So for now it seems it was NOT the actuator and just an oddity of the hvac box and a weak system.
