Would crank but no start...now no crank no start

The first problem was engine cut off while driving. Towed it and ran codes. Only code was the permanent P0420 that has been there for 2 years car ran fine. Replaced high pressure fuel pump and fuel pump relay. I will have to wait a bit for the in tank fuel pump. Tried to start again, cranked twice then stopped trying. Re-ran codes now I have P0016, P00C6, P0340, and P0345. I don't have any other ideas on what to do. Should I just wait to replace the tank fuel pump? Or is there another issue im missing?

P0016 - Crankshaft/Camshaft Correlation Bank 1
P00C6 - fuel rail pressure low - cranking
P0340 - Camshaft Sensor Bank 1
P0345 - Camshaft Sensor Bank 2

This is an interference motor. You may have serious motor damage (bent/broke valves, etc.). The camshaft and crankshaft lost correlation because they are not linked. The fuel pressure is low because the camshaft is not spinning to run the pump. The camshaft sensors are not seeing rotation because the camshafts aren't connected to the crankshaft.

Hopefully not. I don't remember anyone's timing chain actually breaking, but I suppose it could happen. Once it gets stretched past a certain point, though, the car will not crank.

Only reason I assume so drastic, is the cut off while driving. Either stretched enough to be skipping over teeth or broke or lost a guide/tensioner that is allowing it to be super loose. In any event, it sound like it is not in time and may have done damage. Easiest thing to do is pull the throttle body then pull the front valve cover. This will allow you to see the chain and the tension. You can also manually turn the motor a little bit to see if the cams move at all. I would not go far and I would not push past any resistance that may be valve/piston contact.
