Fuel Rail Pressure - Friend in Need - P00C6
A buddy of mine who also has a SHO is in a bit of a pickle. I can get more of the specifics from him, but essentially, he's far up north ice fishing in MN, and just got hit with a P00C6, Fuel Pressure Too Low, and a Cylinder 3 misfire, straight to limp mode. Would crank but no start...now no crank no start
The first problem was engine cut off while driving. Towed it and ran codes. Only code was the permanent P0420 that has been there for 2 years car ran fine. Replaced high pressure fuel pump and fuel pump relay. I will have to wait a bit for the in tank fuel pump. Tried to start again, cranked...- Dex26
