Wont Start?

Ok guys, I experienced a slight dilemma today. Went to the store to pick something up. Got back in the car and it wouldn't fire. It would try to fire but just die down. Weird. Anyway, I took the key out of the ignition let it sit and tried it a couple more time. It would turn over but just didn't fire quite right. Then after about ten tries it fired up with a little help from the gas. Its been running fine sense. So what up with this thing? 93 ATX 73K

Run codes, and check to see if the tach reads about 300 rpm @ cranking when this happens again.
