Are the GenI and II especially prone to windshield cracks?
These are not cracks caused by stone chips, but cracks that occur from simply sitting (in one case).
They start in a corner (any corner it seems) and works it way across the windshield.
Is it the severe temperature changes these things see?
Is it the way the windshields are attached with the glue?
I have a 56 Skyliner and a 56 Meteor Crown Victoria, both of these have the original windshields, so what gives?
These windshields sit is a rubber channel, so that is one difference.
Anyone else have an issue with windshields?
