What size are the cam cap bolts?

I found another machinist that im going to try out. In order to get me a quote he needs the size of the cam cap bolts. I know there 7mm because they were checked but i don't know if they were 7mm 20 18 etc. So does anyone know the thread pitch? Hes waiting on my call

1? theres only one thread per every 7mm? or am i missing something. 7mm is how wide the bolt is isnt it? Im used to seeing like 3/8 20 or 1/4 24 etc. im not used to metric is that some type of metric weird thing

Not quite sure how they measure it but im 110% positive thats the size. I have a set of helicoils sitting right next to me that i used to replace my cam cap bolt holes
