I reoiled, but didnt over oil, I know how to oil a filter (yes even properly oiled some comes off on the mas), but regardless I took it out and put a different mas in that was known working and cleaned anyway. I also put the paper filter back in, and still have the same problems. Now in light of all of this I failed the **** out of emissions today NOx was fine, but CO and HC were 3 times what they should be and more. Now funny thing is, if im not mistaken (im not im using the ford fuel injection book lol) when CO and HC are high that indicates a rich condition and the o2 sensors are reading lean.....
