What does "AO" mean?

Noob here. When you are talking about tunes, some people say that they have an AO tune. What does that mean? Tried searching for AO but search engine says it's too short.

And is it A-zero or A-Letter O?

It stands for auto octane tune. You don't need to change tunes based on the fuel you put into your car. But I believe that only works for non e-blends.
