Better to find out now than in a couple of months! Did you JUST change the upper & lower hoses? If so, double check the clamps. The overflow tank itself is also a known culprit for leaks, as are the heater hoses.

Good luck!

The hoses have been on there for a while. At one time I had a problem with leaking hose that connects to the intake! The question about the heater hose now..This morning I heard a weird grinding type noise when the heater was on.I turned heater off and noise went away! Hard to explain the noise it was making!I turned heater back on and it went away.I had radio up loud so I dont know how long it sounded like that! Thanks

I recommend that you find the leak before you worry about the pump or the hoses you recently replaced. Check for the end tank seals on the radiator. You have to find the source before you can fix the problem.

Aren't you going to fill it up before you go? Why not take some water with you too? You do not want to overheat the SHO engine.
