Turbo clamp?

OK so when changing the PTU fluid today I stumbled across a pice on the intake side of the front turbo that looks split apart... There is some light accumulation of oil on the underside of this and was wondering if this was replaceable? If so does anyone know where I might find one?

Looks like the second picture is the one I am looking for as the piece broken looks like one of those thick plastic clamps. Would you happen to have the part number?

Spring clamps ot TBolt clamps work best to distribute pressure evenly across the hose. Screw style, not so much.
