I’ve had my SHO since Nov 2022, and from what I can tell the same tune has been on the car since Jun 2019. I don’t particularly want to slander any names so I’m just asking out of others experiences with the various tuners we have available broadly.
Car has intake, map, plugs, and 93 tune, the basics. Consistent 8.3 1/8th mile car, have some random issues I think are tuning related. I did not have it tuned, previous owner did. Trying to decide what route to go.

I’ve emailed Brad a few times and never successfully reached him unfortunately. I know he doesn’t do it for a living so I can’t be upset about it.

Not much of choice for sct, gearhead or ajp turbo. Stay away from Livernois and Ortiz. Not sure on Unleashed anymore but your best to just contact Gearhead for a quick safe effective tune with many options like auto octane tunes. Effects the transmission also and just the overall joy of the car.
Sucks on stock tune when the pedal just looses throttle response mid turn.

I will stick out and wait for Brad it appears. Car is tuned now but don’t particularly hear great things about who did it. Not worried about AO, transmission shifting is a concern but I’ve heard GH not performing to max abilities. Also heard they do well.

They're making a hard push at entering the ST market, yet another new person who has been with their company forever leading the facebook charge. Funny how the name changes every year or two but the end result always ends up the same.

Just remember tuning is a side gig for him. However, once you get a tune from him, he does respond back in decent time. Plus his tunes are pretty spot on.

He’s been good. I know it’s his side so I’m not mad. Have to be understanding in these time. The ball is rolling so that’s what matters.

I just don't get all the LMS hate. I bought my 2015 in 2017 with 25k miles on it. Tuned it immediately with the LMS 93 octane, a few years later went to their spark plugs and thermo. I'm now at 103k with no issues other than the normal replacement of the timing chain aournd 80k and that dang wiring harness on the cam timing sensor. They answer my emails whenever I send a question and even walked me around their shop a few years ago when I was in town on business. Almost all highway miles, set the cruise control at 83 and GO! Weekly trips from mid state PA to NYC and almost a dozen runs to/from Chicago in 21/22.

With everything luck of the draw is inevitable. Some haven’t had issues and some have.

I don't know anything about LMS or their perceived issues but some people get tunes and just drive and some people get tunes and push their vehicles on the track or strip. That's where a bad tune will show itself.

I run at the strip every couple weeks
