Transmission drain and fill

Hey guys I just hit 60k not too long ago and want to change my trans fluid for the first time. I’ve tried searching but I’m not getting any relevant results, so I’m looking for confirmation of the best method. I’m guessing it just consists of pulling it up on the ramps and draining from the lowest plug, measuring what came out, and pouring the same amount back in then driving around for a bit and repeating? How many times would you all suggest I should I repeat? Already have a case of Mercon LV waiting.

No problem, it was written over months and is still evolving. Shodded contributed a lot to the information as well.
