I'm not sure if it's just a "SHO" issue or if it's not right. My past stick shifts have been somewhat like this but mine seems to be worse then i've delt with. headbang headbang When I go to shift into first I typically need to go from second to one to get into first smoothly. If I try to directly go into first it will usually not go in gently and sometime I need to back my clutch out half way and then it will pop  into gear all the way. Then if I go from first to second it's sometimes isn't smooth.

What I worry about is when the clutch was done right before I bought it 3 months ago and i'm wondering if it may be that there is not enough oil in the tranny.( In other words I don't think the tool I bought it from was all that smart. I havent had time nor has the weather in CT cooperated in me checking this. If it's low how do I drain it? Can I use a siphon? thumb Should I use GM syncromesh to remedy this or is a new tranny in my future?
