To be honest i wouldnt really want to another similiar to this again because it took so long to do, however you could use truck modules like these and do a setup similiar to ddakrt's build and do it fairly easily/cheaply.

And if anybody is interested in doing this, i have 4 of the red lights you need to do the retro sitting here waiting for it,
