Are 225/60/16's mounted on slicers going to rub on a Gen 2 with intrax springs? I ordered a set of Kuhmo's from tire rack and they called me after the order was placed warning me that if there is rubbing they won't honor the warranty. Good customer service though to call and let me know that ahead of time. I just want to make sure this size will work so I can call them back tomorrow and get the order changed if it isn't going to.

225/60s are pretty tall... almost half an inch taller than the stock tires. You are gonna be cutting it pretty close.

I had 225/60/16s Firestone SZ50s on my '93. They would rub at bumps.

Thanks for the reply guys. I got back in contact with them today and changed the size to 225/55. No reason I should take any chances if I don't have to.
