tips and tricks to intake manifold removal?

Just cleaned my new intake and Iab valve and am going to take off my old one on sat. Is there any no-no's or tips that make the job easier. I have the instructions from shotimes. thanks guys. Can't wait to feel that 20 ft/lbs of torque back when my butterflies finally start to close and how it is for my car to breathe through a clean intake!

Remember to unbolt, not just loosen the intake from the brackets on the backside BEFORE you try to remove the intake! rant

I busted a bracket because of that... headbang
