Upper intake manifold

Hello all,
Sorry for what might be a newbie question, but, I’m new to the platform and I have found conflicting info on my question…
Does anyone know about upper (and lower for that matter) intake interchange on 2010 Lincoln/sho vs 2013 Explorer intake manifolds?
I have read both yes and no in various places on the net.
(I’m planning on doing an extensive maintenance with slight mods on my 2010 3.5 ecoboost mks and gave access to 2013 explorer turbo intake manifolds and was looking to have them ported as part of my 1st wave of mods…

There is no upper and lower intake manifold, there is ONE intake manifold.
As far as I'm aware, all transverse mounted 3.5 EcoBoost's have the same intake manifold (SHO, Explorer ST, Flex)

My intake is ported pretty extremely, and the inlet is port matched to the ported throttle body I purchased.
What kind of improvements did you experience? I haven't had a chance to install my upper intake yet. (I had an issue with my tail lights and then the oil pressure sensor).

I did the intake, throttle body, XDI-35, EPP hot pipe kit, and GH intercooler, all at the same time, so not sure how much if any gains were had from it
