I did use the search and didn't find what I was looking for so here I go:
1st, I was having ABS issues when it started actuating on it's own while going down the road. Was told the Lt rear sensor was bad when I first started getting the light. Decided to pull the fuses for the main power that makes it work (to actuator and relay). Only side effect I saw at the time was a constant ABS light. Been working just fine (past year with light constantly on) with non-ABS system but recently the light started going out at any time and coming back on whenever it wanted to and it felt like the ABS was back in action without any power going to the actuator. What are your thoughts on that one? How do you pull the codes on the 96 and up units?
2nd, Could be related to the ABS problem. When I'm driving and go into a coast condition (foot off the gas) at around 55-60 mph the RPMs are at 2000-2500. Then after about 4-5 seconds they dive to 1000 then back up to 2000-2500 several times (like 4) for about 10 seconds then everything evens back out again, usually before I'm back on the gas. This seems to happen when the ABS light is off when it should always be on.
3rd, On cold starts the idle RPMs climb like normal then drop to 400 and just go up and down in cycles. Problem is much worse with auto lights and A/C left on. Any other start throughout the day is fine just the first start. I have replaced the IAC because it was stuck open and it seemed to help for about 4 days now back to same old problem. Vacuum gauge shows the vacuum going up and down in massive sweeps till warm. I think it's a load/start fuel issue, don't know.
These are my major problems for now and if none of this makes any sense just ask me some questions for clarity. Thanks
