throw out bearing!!

Now I have a few problems. My clutch just recently went out on me. I have figured it to be the throw out bearing and i am sure that is the problem. My question is what will have to be done to get to the bearing. Will have have to lift the whole engine ..or will it be an easy installation....which i doubt. I already have a stock clutch replacement kit for it. And if this is a job that needs to be done by a pro..what kinda labor charges am i looking at??

drop the subframe and tranny and pop thaty clutch out. easier said than done.
