Ok.. I'm starting to build the front of the motor up, I got the oil pump off, cleaned, and installed, new crank seal is in, got my old tensioner off the old block, but the stud its sitting on, is still stuck on the bock. I'm assuming this is just screwed into the block? Channel locks, to remove it? Should I just twist it outta the block? DIdnt really look at it,. just in the house again, and figured I'd post something... :)

Put two or three nuts in a row on it, then twist it off using the nut closest to the block.
