My stock JBL system doesnt work. Pulled out the head unit today. I have power to the unit. When the headlights are on the backlighting works. The fuse is good, power antenna works. Other than the fuse in the fuse box, are there any other fuses for the amp? Is there 1 amp or 2? I see the amp in the trunk on the passenger side. In the trunk on the driver side there are 2 unused plugs a 2 wire gray plug and a flat 5 or 6 wire white plug, what are they for? Any chance I can figure this out, or am I better off going with an aftermarket setup? How can I test the amp to see if its putting out power?

I'm looking everything over, not sure that someone hasn't removed one of the amps. I have one black one on the passenger side of the trunk, where is the other one?
