Hi, headlight on passenger side is out I swapped the driver/passenger bulbs but it’s still out. Bought a new oem ballast and replaced the passenger ballast and still no luck. Not sure what to do next. I made sure to check every connectors and plugs and no damage or corrosion from what I could see as well as the grounding wires are intact, fuses look to be good to but I’m not certain exactly which fuses I would need to check.

Check with a multimeter if voltage reaches the connector from the harness side. If not, most likely you’ve got a blown fuse. Find your model year’s fuse box diagram:

There are two 20 amp mini fuses in the main box under the hood for the HID front lamps. And another two 10 amp mini fuses in the cabin box related to low beams. Check all of them with a DMM.

Found the problem! Kinda embarrassing but my fuse for the passenger side was in the wrong slot. Turn the car on again but then the aftermarket ballast would not shut off the passenger light so I switched it back to the original and it worked perfectly lol.
