startup problems/ code 214 help

Hey just a little note, checked ecc and found a code 214. Just to double check is this the cam shaft senor or crank shaft sensor. Key on, engine off. code 214 comes up. Thanks to all for your help.

214 indicates the EEC had a problem with getting a signal from the CID (Cam) sensor.

Check the pins in the plug before committing to replacing the old one. I had a corroded and pushed pin on the harness connector that was giving me an intermittent CID error.
