I always wondered if you could just swap over the fenders, bumper and hood from a 13' and install on a 10'. Maybe the design on the door wont line up then, i dont know. Always been a thought of mine
I think the fenders are even the same....So, hood, grill, headlights, and bumper. Who knows about all the mounting stuff underneath. Not a cheap endeavor though....

I went to the mix and match at shannonville today. A combination of drag strip and road course running.
I got some decent times but my reaction time kind of ***** today. Much worse than usual. Here are the time slips and a conversion of the altitude and temperature / humidity. My best run was with the traction control off and the tires spinning a bit on takeoff.

The brakes got a little warm on the road course afterwards. LOL

Found an online da calculator and came up with this.

So a few things to take into consideration. I think you're spinning off the launch and that's making you lose a few tenths. If you can adjust tire pressure down a little bit and retry I think you'll be closer to the low 13's. I'd like to think you'd be in the high 12's anywho, however heat soak on that stock intercooler is absolutely abysmal if you had any sit time with no ice or real cooldown help so that definitely is NOT helping you in the slightest. I think you've got a ton of room for improvement and once you get some goodies from a guy from the USA I think you'll be in a really good spot in the 12's!

Thanks jordan. Yeah that guy in the US is pretty good. LOL.
Strangely the intake manifold wasn't all that warm after runs. Maybe a touch cooler than body temperature. Would have thought it'd been pretty hot.

It’s amazing how whimpy the stock stuff is! Here is a picture of the stock SHO and Explorer ST intercooler.

I took the SHO out for a spin for the first time in a bit due to the rain. As I pull out of my street a dirty Challenger with a body kit rolls by. It takes a while for me to catch up due to traffic and the Challenger seems to notice my efforts and slows down. We meet at a perfect spot. A stop sign on a two lane one way street with no traffic or bs. As I roll up I realize the dirty Challenger is a Hellcat! We cross the intersecting road going about 20mph and punch it. I quickly left him which kind of surprises me. I looked in the rear view mirror a few times and him sorta fade from 1-3 car lengths.

I left off and he just hangs back for a minute. By now I’m rolling to a stop behind some cars at a traffic light but his lane doesn’t have any traffic. He sorta creeps up beside me then gooses it past me quickly then stops so we don’t make eye contact. Poor guy, got beat by a Taurus!

Well it’s not exactly exciting but I fixed my shifter on my 2010 Sho, I was able to actually lift the shifter up. I tore into it and apparently both the set screws were out, as I was prying down on the chrome strip that holds the boot up I shot one of the screws into the back of the car somewhere. That took a minute to find, other than that simple little fix.

This site is so much easier, just click US Tracks at top, then scroll to your state and look for the track you are at. It gives you current DA, will give you forecast for upcoming DA and you can go back and look at any past day DA on each hour of day.
