What I did to my 20” stock wheels the other day. Put them on my GF’s daughter Logan’s 2020 Rav4! I think it looks decent. Before it was 17” steel wheels and lame hubcaps.
Thick boi intercooler has arrived. Got a good deal on a used one, hoping to get it sorted this weekend.

She looks a little rough. How about a size comparison to the current one?

That doesn’t sound like fun. I had no idea what if any differences would be with pump orientation with the newer models other than blocking one ignition coil. Glad @FiveLeeter918 could help you out! I hope you found the answer to the connector and pigtail you bought and get it all squared away!View attachment 18545
Fun fact there is apparently a difference on the xdi EVOs for 10-14s and 15s and up. I was finally able to connect the low pressure line and snake it over to the e85 sensor. It aint pretty but its functional. I did also manage to run it under the throttle body so its not quite as bad as this pic.
I went with the inovate ethanol/temp gauge instead of the phone app option. Unfortunately it keeps giving me an e10 error like it doesnt connect/recognize the sensor. I have quadruple checked all the wiring and aside from a problem with the pigtail on the sensor or the sensor itself Im out of ideas. I ordered a new connector and pigtail and Im really hopin that solves my problem.
Car does pull considerably harder on the revised AO tune with the new pump though. Hopefully later this week I can try out the e30 tune.
I should also thank Lee for messaging me last night about my fuel line problem and helping out.
I agree. The sensor gauge is something I should add too. I have a ethanol test tube but still it would be nice to see it at all times not just once in a test tube.I had no idea there was a difference in years either, but I managed to make this work and it doesnt block a spark plug so that's a win in my book.
The gauge is driving me insane. Mostly because I see no reason it shouldn't work as is, and I hate just guessing and throwing parts at things to make it work. At least a new connector and wiring is cheap.
I really dont want to have to rip the whole setup out to exchange it if the gauge or sensor is bad.
Yeah, in 2015, the inlet elbow on the valve cover was moved upwards on the composite ones. The aluminum ones had that elbow sitting lower on that front valve cover.I had no idea there was a difference in years either, but I managed to make this work and it doesnt block a spark plug so that's a win in my book.

May be too late for this, but here was my write-up for the same projects you are completing:This isnt my picture, but this is exactly what mine looks like. Found the information about that fuse being live only while the car is on, on the other ecoboost forum.
The gauge turns on fine and has power. It just goes straight to displaying E10 with a red status light. I tried wiring it directly to the battery as a test at one point with the same result.View attachment 18546
Perhaps your ethanol sensor is bunk.I did follow your write up for the most part while doing this. I just had the whole didnt realize that xdi made different pumps for different years issue.
That, and the whole uncooperative e85 gauge.
Well tonight I just received a picture of my steering wheel and shifter I see a couple mistakes that they did wrong with being colored wrong. we'll see what they say but still looks pretty damn good what do you think...
