I downloaded a 0-60 timer app for my phone. Plan to test it out on the way home. Ambient temps are in the mid to high 20s. Outside of traction issues at launch, I expect she's got more power now than ever.

So my mechanic sent me this photo yesterday with the quoted what's wrong with this pictureIMG 1375 IMG 1376
this is from the new engine where the high pressure fuel pump goes. You can clearly see the cam lobe for where this piece goes and they call themselves a professional engine builder. Wondering what else could be wrong with this engine SMH.

Not to mention the over spray...

You're not gonna like this, but you're missing the lower coolant pipe. Problem is..you CAN'T feed it in there with both heads bolted onto the block...it's impossible to do...

Oh, and speaking of over spray...I see the connection points on your fuel rails have absolutely no cover on them...it's absolutely critical you cover those so NO debris gets in there...you could really screw up your injectors...who knows what kind of crap is in those rails at this point. It might be worth just getting new ones or see if you can remove them and have them thoroughly gone through by an injector shop...easy to do it now with the engine out vs later after you've clogged an injector and blown the new motor when I cylinder went lean...LOL.

Yeah, shine a flashlight in that valley, you'll see a big gaping hole that goes to the back of the water pump...that would not have gone well had you tried to fill it with coolant. "But the mekanik would have noticed it as soon as he installed the intake manifold".......right?

Well you would think that since I had my fuse box cover custom hydrodipped in carbon fiber I would be happy and be done with it, but no I had to mess with it some more. I went to hobby lobby and bought a tiny paint brush and hand painted the raised part of the lid. I think it came out alright and gives it a little color to the carbon fiber. I'll post a before and after picture.9f5f6ba5d4950f02d527f1fb83deb825Cf97dbd7aec4c4cad9823f76e69b91a1

Went to the shop today bring some more parts. So apparently i have quite a few parts left over some duplicates and some that didn't fit the ******* car at all. He's been ordering parts from Ford to replace the parts that doesn't fit, He's putting the motor back together best he can to get it back in the car to get it off the lift. Been on there for 4 weeks now.
Still waiting for some parts to come in like motor mount bracket, new fuel pump, turbo Tube y-pipe, new radiator. exhaust manifold bolts which came in today. So I guess the car will be sitting on the ground for a few weeks can't start it without these parts.
