Why not a GTx3076r. Capable of 750hp and often used for the Nissan vq35/37?

I would say because those power levels are too much for the drivetrain. Jordan says he wants to stay at the power levels he is at. A 28 will spool fast and support more power then drivetrain can handle, while being more efficient than his past set up.

The ST guys are making 400+ with a single 28 on the 2.0 EBs just for a reference.

I like it.
Still curious about a sequential setup. Immediate boost response with big top end power to boot.

Well...
Capture
Been doing some rustproofing, and one thing led to another... and another...
Jeez, the crash bar is really rusted, might need to replace it. It would be an embarrassment to leave a pile of rust on the road if I ever get rear ended (knock on wood).

WOW, 802 I been eyeballing them for sometime. I really want to see how it looks on yours with spacers and all.
What size of tires you getting on them?
You think with that offset and 1" spacers they will be ok?
Can't wait to see it
275/35 on all 4

Yeah you really never see it on gas motor setups.

Purchased my phenolic spacer today and a pair of Nitto NT555R tires 275/35/20. My rear tires will be my 275/35/20 Continental Extreme Contact DW tires.

**** IT GET A VGT! ;)

Aside from high end Porsche’s, there really aren’t any gasoline engines that use VGT turbos. They are stupid expensive to produce because of the material needed to cope with the EGT’s.
Also, the amount of tuning knowledge required to adapt a control unit to open and close the actuators at the exact times on an engine that didn’t originally have a VGT is vast.

THAT BEING SAID, they are really cool technology.

The 1/4 mile is more exponentially difficult and less linear. I don't think he has added enough hp or lost enough weight....but I'll definitely be watching with interest!

I'm contemplating attempting some airport drags if they open them up this year. I'm probably just under 500whp with current setup so I'm not expecting much.

.36 is doable. He added the XDI Fuel Pump, added more Meth, added the IC and chiller bar. He also added new drag radials. Just with the drag radial he could knock off 2 tenths if his sixty foot goes 1 tenth faster. IIRC he has gone low 1.70's on the Conti Extreme Contact All Seasons. If he goes into the low 1.60 with a radial the others mods should go 2 tenths faster. I bet he runs a 10.94 at 128. Plus I am pretty sure he told Brad to put it on ****.
