Traded the SHO in for a brand new zero mile GT 5.0. please don't hate me. I went to the dark side :/
Its okay buddy, i upgraded as well to an 18 scat pack challenger so no hate on my side! My buddy has a 17 5.0 and got our tune tstat severe CAI and hes running our flex e85 tune with our axle back and he is in love with his car and says it makes the world of difference! His is the 6 speed manual and mines the 8 speed auto

Ran one last time at the track, he was pulling on me but not before the stripe. No hate though.
All of these cars are impressive, sometimes its drivers not knowing how to drive the car but other times you just cant catch those dang ecoboosts! I personally with a bone stock car and stock summer tires got a 12.1 @114.5 but i see alot of drivers struggle to get better than 12.5 at best

K&N drop in filter, 3 bar MAP, and Torrie’s 93 tune. My second tune from Unleashed and I couldn’t be happier

It would be interesting to see a sample analysis after 5,000 miles to compare to the 7,500 mile samples. A sample from a 2010 MKS with 130,000 miles on it and 5K OCI with Mobil1 5w20 has 1/3 the iron/copper wear that your 15 SHO does.

Nice trap for one of those and impressive run on stock tires. I'd have to try and find the slip, it was a bad night neither of us broke out of the 13s, I didn't get out of the 13s the whole night. A lot of people struggle to launch the Challenger/Chargers from what I've seen.

Blackstone mentioned possibly bronze in the turbos to me and that copper is typically the highest wear metal in the 3.5EB

I've never driven one but heard mixed results with launch control.

Don't get me wrong,I love the car, but of the dozens of cars I've owned over the years this thing is by far the most unreliable and prone to stuff breaking. I mean how does control arm break on a 3 year old car with 30k miles, or go through batteries every 2 years like a damn motorcycle.
I was shocked here myself when my uncles dealership said both lower control arm bushings were cracked at 60k on my 2011

I bought my car new in November, 2013 (It's a 2014 model) now has 37,000 miles. I didn't have a single issue with the car then all of a sudden everything is falling apart! Had to replace the PTU and do some transmission repairs , then just 2 weeks after that a motor mount broke and caused all kinds of damage - thank goodness I got the extended warranty good for another 4 years!!! But, the car was in the shop for a MONTH! 2 weeks for the PTU/Tranny and 2 weeks on the Motor-mount, driver's axle, etc! Starting to wonder!....
