So what did you do to your SHO today!?

Today I started the Chrome delete on my car. Getting the Chrome off around the lights was pretty easy mine was already peeling off so good to go. No rush should take me a few weeks to do the whole car. Here's a few pics so far.

Batteries now days are all disposable, mainly because nobody bothers to check the electrolyte levels anymore or even add distilled water for that matter...in the summer months our batteries evaporate and require water refills using distilled water to keep the electrolyte solution at the correct level for the plates to properly charge or maintain charge. After a few refills, it might require an electrolyte adjustment by adding hydrochloric acid solution to each cell using a meter to make sure levels are in proper ranges.....no one does this anymore. If these steps are taken, your battery will last forever.

Do you offer a soft shifting option for my 2010 sho as well? I’m running the stg4 plus 93 tune, but the shifts are a little too hard some times.

Interesting. I always assumed they failed due to internal damage causing the battery to just short.

Chrome delete in the rear is done. I can't believe how cheap they made the Chrome around these tail lights they literally came off with a piece of tape..

when the liquid levels get low in a lead acid battery it does make internal failure more common...if you have a battery failure and it is not a gel battery, open the caps and i would bet that it is low on solution...

Well maybe not so much what I've done TO my SHO today, but rather...... What I've done FOR MY SHO.

I just returned from the post office, after having completed the lengthy vehicle application paperwork (over this past weekend) and printing out multiple photo's, etc. for 2018's World of Wheels event @ Stephen's Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. (link below).

Hopefully the acceptance committee deems my SHO worthy enough to exhibit. This show is THE SHOW for the biggest and the best.

This will be my 1st time (if accepted) to exhibit at all 3 days of the event. Previously, I have participated in the smaller, 1 day portion of this event, which was/is titled "Tuner Galleria".

Whole 'nother level to be downstairs on the main floor, for the main event. Wish me luck!

Eliminated the noise maker, and did some major weight reduction. Back seats, Spare, jack, rear mats, ect. Ive never had a rear seat passenger so it won't matter. Car seems a little more spry but maybe it's just in my head.

Will shoot you a pm later tonight! I don’t know if it’s just me, but the car doesn’t feel as quick as it used to. I pulled out my OBD Bluetooth scanner, and the highest boost I saw was 11-12 psi. Can anyone tell me if that’s normal? I’m running the LMS 93 3 bar tune

Every car is different, you could have a boost leak somewhere, we normally see between 13-15psi, but it also depends on where you are located as well
