Nice! Put me down for one ATX catted! Shot me a PM letting me know when you need the cash!
I am seriously interested, in the headers and the ATX y-pipe, BUT, I have other things I my money needs to take care of.
Will there be another chance later for me to get headers and the ATX y-pipe? Or is this it? Once these are made, that's it, no more?? I would love to add 25hp to my car, that would be sweet!
We will have a few y-pipes in stock so hopefully we will have those at the time.
We wont do the ATX headers group buy unless theres enough orders and right now there isn't even one so until we get some more we wont be making them.
Dynomax seems to be mostly for sound, just like any other muffler. The Y-pipe is where you make the gains on this car. Nothing needs to be done to the intake, it is FTW, majorly.
Does this mean go for catted, catless, or won't matter?
does anyone know of any body selling shorty headers for the turbo hot pipes

im interested in a catless y for the ATX but may i ask why its $10 more today than it was yesterday? lol
Thank you. The headers in general, why do they cost $500? I am ignorant, I have no idea what it takes to make them. So are the HP gains seen more from the y-pipe or the headers?

They take a lot more to make. We have to make flanges. The headers require each pipe to be bent as well as a lot more welding. It takes a lot more work compared to the y-pipe. I thought the pricing was quite decent for small run of headers.

I had actually never priced headers before for any car, so I really had no idea that was why they were $500. From the sounds of it, sounds like a good deal, but for me, I think it needs to wait for now.
Thanks
