Ok so I cut the old belt off as it was frayed really bad and about to fall off anyways. I then loosened the 15mm nut on the tensioner pulley and it ended up coming off all the way. I routed the belt on and put the pulley back on along with the 15mm nut. I tightened it back as good as I possibly could, and when I start the car, it still squeaks really hard and makes an obnoxious noise....What do I need to tighten or do now?

What?

MTX?

The nut should be a 14mm, and you just loosen it, then use a 5mm hex in the top of the tensioner to adjust the tension on the belt, then tighten the 14mm when the belt is tensioned to your liking. Sounds like that's what you need to do.

this is going to sound dumb, but is it clockwise or counter-clockwise for the hex on top

Clockwise to tighten, counter-clockwise to loosen. Or if you prefer; righty tighty, lefty loosey.....just like any other bolt lol

I believe you want to turn the FRONT tensioner to the LEFT to tighten the belt. Forcing the pulley DOWN towards the ground.
