hey guys. just wanted to double check with you if this is the right part number for our V6 3.0 and 3.2 engines.

I found them at RockAuto and this is the part number they show:

CLEVITE / PERFECT CIRCLE # CB1435P. TM-77

This is also the page with info they redirect to:

Are these the correct ones?

I think RCM Automotive has them for less than Rockauto.

Careful dealing with them though. Sometimes they are good about sending stuff off and other times, you don't see anything and any communication is ignored. I could never run a business like that nor expect to maintain a customer base. They are never consistent.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with RCM. I have ordered a couple items from them without a problem.

75% of the time there are no issues. But the remaining 25% leave me wondering what the **** is going on with them. Especially when there is no communication and I have to request a refund after waiting 2 weeks. At least they refund the money promptly.

This guy being in Mexico, no way I'd risk ordering from RCM.

Thanks for all the answers guys, appreciate it!

Mainly I was asking bout the rod bearings because I thought the engine already needed them. I am hearing a slight rattling noise mainly under light load, but this is only herd when everything around is quiet, I'm inside the car and with the windows up. Think of it like very muffled diesel engine sound.

I had a friend, who's a mechanic, to listen to it. He told me that didn't sound like rod bearings. He points that it could be the new spark plugs we installed about 3 weeks ago. That time the coil pack, wires and spark plugs where changed along with the valve cover gaskets. We used NGK spark plugs, which that's what the car had for the past year, though at that time the noise couldnt be heard (or wasn't present) because there was an idle pulley already whinning making a lot of noise.

Still, I am thinking on ordering some rod bearings to have them ready as spares. Trying to find specific parts for a SHO here in Mexico is almost impossible unless I have them imported.
