I just finished the 60K, valves and all the stuff on the front of the motor. Started her up and had some noise from the valves, went away in about 20 seconds, getting the oil up there i'm assuming. But a new noise started coming from the motor, a sort of clettering sound, similar to the sound bit in this post:

Since the SHO was up in the air on jack stands we determined it was coming from the oil pan. we eleminated all the belts, tensionors, including timing belt, and cat covers. The sound is loud at idle but quiets a bit with a little throttle. Engaging or disengaging the clutch has no effect. The car looks mint inside and out and only has 60K on it. I did not drive the SHO or run it for very long for fear or damaging the motor. I just bought the car a few weeks ago. Can the rod bearings be shot? I bought the car with a slight tick coming from the motor but it went away after it ran for a couple of minutes. I brought it home, did the 60K along with a water pump and fuel pump.
Any ideas? Pull the pan......
