ok so while i was tearing the turbo sho apart today to replace the crank sensor.... i couldnt for the life of me get both lower timeing belt covers off.... all the bolts are out but they just wont budge so i ended up breaking them to peaces.... sigh.... are the timeing belt covers still being made? and if so where can i get one??.... and is there any ideas on what went wrong here? as far as i can tell i got every single last bolt out but the lower cover wont budge... im stumped... i gotta get the last of the broken bits off before i can replace it.. but i doubt i can get a new timeing belt cover.. sigh any ideas guys and gals?

You know they overlap and usually only come out in one piece if you remove them sequentially. Along with all the attachnig hardware of course.;) PM sent

i mean i ripped the suckers off in peaces..... the very bottem one around the crank is still stuck on... doesnt want to budge at all... hopefully today a friend will come over and help me yank the sucker off so i can replace it.... im gonna feel like a dumba$$ if theres one bolt left that i missed but i spent 2 hrs looking at it and feeling around trying to find a hidden bolt but i found nothing at all.... im stumped... oh and i got the pm thanks :D :thumb:

i did however still manage to get the bad crank sensor off after modifieing a couple screw drivers and useing brewt force to break them lil screws lose lol.

Save the hardware for the covers. I think (it's been a really long time) the top and bottom overlap the middle cover so the middle would come off last. I think.
