I want to start doing some mods to my 2011 sho starting by going catless downpipes. Will car run the same even if it not tuned yet? Any problems with the o2s leaning the engine?

It will not run the same. The car will see the lack of change between the primary and secondary sensors and set a code for catalyst inefficiency. This will cause issues with the desired Air/Fuel ratio. The car will not use an optimum map as it will be trying to limit emissions without the proper equipment. In addition, when you do go to get tuned, you will be limited on who will tune the vehicle. Many companies are shying away on even working on cars that have a cat delete due to crack downs by the EPA. There have been huge fines ranging from thousands up into the millions. Most of the pipe makers won't sell them anymore. You will either have to have custom ones made or find used. Then you will need to find a tuner that will work on it.

As above you will just open the door for more headaches. The best bang for the buck is a power pack from one of the tuners you will find through out this from. These cars have a torque management system and just the tune will give you freedom from it!
