Power window switches from a Lincoln?

Does anybody know if the power window switches from a Lincoln MKS, in which all 4 window are auto up/down, will fit our cars? Looking to see if you can get the auto up/down feature for the 2 rear windows

I believe, and someone correct me if I am wrong, the back two switches are the same size as the front two so all you would need is two more "SHO front window switches" to pop into the back slots. No actual facts, Just speculation.

Probably won't work right due to different BCM logic in Lincoln than Ford.

There's plenty of detail on this topic on another popular Ecoboost forum. It's not as simple as just installing new rear window switches.
