What kind of plugs should I use? should I take all of my cats off and use stock muffs. Or put what kind of after markets (cheap). Will my ses light stay on with no cats.

depends on your state law, id use magnaflow highflow cats. but if your state doesnt require them then go catless

If you lose all the cats you will need a tune to run correctly. I bought my car with one of the three cats already removed. It needs a tune to run a little better with just that one removed. If you lose all 3 you will definitely lose some performance and need a good tune.

I alwasy run the motorcraft plugs, very expensive, but I like em.

I use the Autolite XP iridiums. Work great and Autolite almost always has a rebate.

+1. I'm using XP103's (colder than stock).

Without a tuner, your SES light will stay on if you remove the two main cats. You can remove the third cat without setting the SES light.
