Update

So we may have found our culprit...

We checked both the Starter (Grounds) and the Ignition Switch (performed the Ignition Switch Test), and both are good.

This morning, we re-checked all of the wires at the DIS, and everything appeared okay. So, we thought, what if we bypassed all the wiring, and connected a wire from the Engine Compartment Fuse Box bolt (which has 12V at all times) right to the power going in to the Coil Pack? Sure enough, the SHO started right up, without any hesitation! Indeed, this proves that the Crank Position or Camshaft Identification Sensors are NOT bad.

We did notice something out of the ordinary while performing this procedure though. While inserting the power wire from the Fuse Box bolt in to the Coil Pack, we began to hear this strange "clicking" sound near the engine cooling fan. After feeling around, I felt that it was coming directly from the ECM?/CCRM. And after searching other threads here on the forum, it looks like this module may in fact be the culprit!

This module has the letter "M" on it. Unfortunately, my other SHO's CCRM (95 MTX) has the letter "D" on it. Does anyone know if these are compatible, or how much these cost new? Or does anyone have a spare one laying around that they would like to sell?

Here are some pics of what we did this morning:
