I used a 3/4 air gun, it was the only thing that I could find that would work with the engine on the bench. Also you should try very hard to find a crank bolt from a parts engine. There is a reason ford used that bolt and not just a bolt out of the bolt bin. At 7500 rpm do you want to chance it flying out of there??
