Pinging under load between 2000 - 3000 rpms, already did full tune up.

Ok so I have another issue with my SHO in which I'm getting a pinging condition under load (even light load) at operating temperature between 2000 and 3000 rpms, with AC on or off.
I have already replaced spark plugs with new Motorcraft platinums properly gapped, new spark plug wires, new fuel filter, cleaned injectors, air filter is not that old, I use 93 octane and have already even put some fuel additives.
I scanned for trouble codes since sometimes the Check Engine light comes on and I have the following (KOEO):
335 - which is the DPFE i think is going bad. This is the 3rd sensor in 5 years.
565 - Purge cannister. I think this. One doesnt light up the CEL.
214 - I had an issue with the camshaft position sensor and I already replaced it.
332 - Insufficient EGR flow detected. This could relate to code 335.

Would the EGR codes cause this tyoe of pinging?
What else can I try to get rid of the engine pinging or did I miss something else?
Time for Seafoam perhaps?

Pinging? do mean a knock?
Shosource has knock sensors, but you might want to read up more on it

http://www.shosource.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=61_43_45&products_id=305

Did you try cleaning the EGR nostrils in the intake as well as the tubes, you might have plugged or dirty lines
Did you clear your codes after you replaced things, if not clear them and see what comes up

Somehow I always thought the SHO didnt have a knock sensor, probably because they are obsolete like it says in Shosource. I've never replaced that sensor.

Wouldnt the knock sensor trigger a code?

I tried cleaning the EGR tubes a long time ago when the first DPFE sensor went out and I even replaced the EGR valve around 2 or 3 yrs ago.

Might as well try to see if theres any blockage this time.

Can't say for sure on your car, but I had a constant code 332 recently, and went through alot of hassle to find out the driver in the computer that controls egr solenoid and egr function was burned out. Might check that out.

I have never heard a properly tuned SHO knock/ping even on regular gas, so I doubt changing the knock sensor is going to solve the problem, although it may mask it.

Engine knock under light load is very hard to make happen, and it only happens when the spark is way too advanced or when the cylinder heads are all carboned up and the edges of the carbon are flaking off and causing hot spots in the combustion chamber.

I think your SeaFoam idea is a good one. Also, drive it like you stole it for a week or so.

Any chance the timing belt is off by one tooth? Certain the plugs are the right heat range?

Spark plugs are Motorcraft platinums SP497 (AGSP32FM alternate part num). Before these I had NGKs but were worn and I thought that was the cause od knocking.
Timing belt is 2 years old, 10k miles or so and at that time a front 60k maintenance was done.

Today I drove from work to home all the way with the AC on and I noticed that the kocking was a bit less than when I drive with the AC on.
Seems that when the AC is on the car rubs cooler, at around 160F and without AC runs at around 190F (as per an analog gauge I installed).
I'm kinda leaning towards that the knocking may be due to carbon deposits since as per tune up maintenance I'm no sure what else I can do.

If EGR flow is blocked that will drive combustion temps higher
