Better to start this a week ahead so you guys have time to take off work and stuff. Who is all going to the Lapeer meet next Saturday the 29th? I don't know what time it starts, but I'm sure i'll be able to go.

The track opens at noon, however some of us will be meeting up for breakfast or meeting up at Porter's house before heading to the track.

I'm going to try and go to BB Bill, not sure what time I can borrow in order to make it there though.

Not sure on BB, but I'll definitely be at the track Noon Sat; with both SHO's and hopefully a couple CEG guys in tow.


***EDIT*** Actually, I'll lead a cruise from Hartland on Saturday for anyone interested. US-23 @ the Hartland exit, 11am. We'll meet at the Big Boy on M-59, just east of US-23, it will be on the left side of the road about 1/4 from the highway. From there we can make an easy right onto M-59 and another easy right on US-23. We'll then shoot north on 23 to 69 east; should take about an hour.

In fact, if anyone on the west side of the neighborhood wants to meet up for breakfast beforehand plan to be at Big Boy around 9:45. Mmmmm breakfast bar

Lapeer REQUIRES a helmet for all drivers.... They will rent you one for like $5, but supplies are limited, bring your own is the best bet.

We (wife and the two youngest) will arrive Sat morning, and are spending Sat. Night at the Mariott next to Big Buck. Wife and the kids may spend the day at the pool while dad and the car got to the track.

Too bad the 96 MTX isn't done or I would be thrilled to bring it...

Jim, you KNOW your car will toss a diff pin friday night, right? You'll be STRANDED up here in MI for the weekend doing an emergency trans swap.
