The low coolant sensor is probably bad. The problem is you won't get a new one any where, your best bet is to get ahold of a used one from someone on here or a JY. As for your RBs, I'm not saying don't do them, I personally don't believe they should be considered a maintenance item and I don't believe they were the cause of your oil light.
