Welcome to the forum! Does the screen seem to be working normally otherwise? Do other features work properly such as the climate control and navigation? Have you checked the fuses for the audio amplifier?

Hey Rod. Climate, fan speed, heated & a/c seat controls all work, although not even a beep when you touch the screen. Haven't needed nav., but it knows what road I'm on. Haven't tried the audio amp fuse, and hinestly didn't know there was one. Happen to know where that one is located?
Thanks, Keith

I don't have access to the service manual for the 2015 model year. If it hasn't changed from the 2014 model year, then it's Fuse 5 (20-amp) in the Body Control Module (BCM) fuse panel if you have the Sony system. If you have the owner's manual, there should be a fuse listing in there. Additionally the fuse panel covers/doors usually have a brief fuse listing as well. It may be listed as "DSP" or "ACM." If you don't have Sony it should be Fuse 29 (20-amp) in the BCM fuse panel.
